General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Your ejaculate volume, sperms/ml are all normal. But active sperms are less and normal morphology sperms are less. Sometimes it may be due to a reversible cause and once that is corrected your sperm abnormality gets corrected on its own. However it needs a clinical examiniation to look for such causes. With this seminal analysis, you can become a father even by normal means (without intervention) but the probability is little lower than others due to comparatively larger amount of abnormal sperms. Howver having said that, now a days, people have become fathers with just 1 (one) sperm and common man you have 20% of 23million sperms/ml of 3 ml normal sperms. BY artificial insemintation techniques, you can become father for many children - Cheer up.
