What Does This Scan Report Signify?
i did scan and was told that a large bilobed cystic mass is present in the RT adnexa cum pouch of Douglas and there is no fetal pole at 6weeks 4days.Summary is that maybe there is intrauterine pregnancy with co existing ectopic gestation.please am i safe? what do i do.i don t want to loose the pregnancy

repeat scan after 3days for double conformation and doppler flow to ectopic cyst to confirm ectopic gestation. if you are aged conceived after infertility treatment doctor will advice methotrehate injection into ectopic gestation which causes ectopic pregnancy regression no harm to intrauterine pregnancy
