General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

Chest X-ray(PA view)with a blunt right cp angle may be due to reasons like
pleural effusion,
consolidation,
pulmonary growth etc.

As your doctor already suggested you an ultrasound and its normal, you dont have anything to worry about.

Suffering from jaundice earlier has got nothing to do with that.
Do you have any other disease or do you smoke regularly?

Please reply and feel free to ask for any queries.
Take care
