What Does This Renal Ultrasound Test Result Indicate?

I just had a complete bad so no which showed mild bilateral cortical thinning with increased renal cortical pathogenicity. Past medical hx ischemic stroke in dec and hypertension .hyperglycemia . On visitor ,basic plus blood pressure Meredith diuretic.

I really appreciate your concern, it is the kind of renal cell pathology and it needs to be correlate with the clinical conditions, it is matter of concern as long as other history of hypertension, hyperglycemia is concern hope this information helps.
