hello dear, haemorrhoids are the veins of the anal region which become dilated, tortuous and inflamed.
Grade I: No prolapse.
Grade II: Prolapse upon defecation but spontaneously reduce.
Grade III: Prolapse upon defecation and must be manually reduced.
Grade IV: Prolapsed and cannot be manually reduced.
they only cause pain when thrombosed.homoeopathic medicines do give good relief do try them too.
Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Aashish Raghu's  Response
Welcome to HCM

Good Day
Grade II means that the haemorrhoids come out when you do stools but it goes back after that. You need to prevent constipation by eating fresh fruits and vegetables, plenty of water and eat Ispaghulla husk in warm water if the constipation is there for 2-3 days. Stop smoking. If there is lot of pain the Surgeon can remove them or inject them shut.
