What Does This Prescription Of Eyes Regarding Eye Glasses Indicate?
hello Dr. I am moses Bud, i have a prescription for my eyes, where by i am unable to have it read in a better form as i send back home to my country to get my eyeglasses cheaper. However, my prescription read as follows: Oeil Droit: (-4,25) à 5° Oeil Gauche: -1,25 (-4,25) à 175° How can i put or write on this form that my family get from optician, as they cant understand it the form is like this: Prescription Details Sph Cyl Axis Right:______________________________ Left:_______________________________ How can i fill it and email it back, as i can not get my Dr. do it this. can You please help me transfer it into this format as form format above herein: Thank you in advance. important is you have to get it proper trial after getting from optician. should not go for cheap glasses. go for best glass. it may be delayed but be present at the place of optician.
