What Does This Pelvis Ultra Sound Sonography Test Finding Indicate?
Hi sir, I m Ragavi. What is the correct measurement of uterus? My uterus measures 6.0x2.9x3.2cms. And my USG pelvis test report: 1. Myometrium shows normal echogenicity. 2. Endometrium is thickened measures(10.3)mm 3. No obvious intrauterine gestation sac visualized. Ovaries: Right ovary measures 4.2x2.1cms Left ovary measures 3.5x1.8cms Both ovaries minimally enlarged and shows multiple small follicles seen in the periphery. P.O.D: No free fluid in POD No adnexal mass lesion seen. This is my report sir. Is there any problems to get pregnancy?

I really appreciate your concern as long as the pregnancy is concern and uterus area and parameters are concern this may not be obstruction in pregnancy but size and area of uterus is nothing to do with pregnancy but most important are presence of sperm and ovum at the time of coitus with other compatibility and not the size of uterus, hope this helps take care
