What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Test Result Indicate?

Hi I'm 24 years old. My USG obst report of 15-03-17 says.. LMP- 01/01/17,GA by LMP -10 weeks three days. A single intra uterine gestational sac is noted with smooth margins contain a single embryo &single yolk sac. Fetal cardiac activity not seen.Decidual reaction is good. A thin streak of subchorionic haemorrhage is seen on the left lateral aspect of the sac.CRL- 16 mm (7 weeks 4 days) Internal OS is closed. Cervical length is adequate and measures 35 mm. What should I do further. Kindly reply.
