General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi The report says that there are many tiny cysts in your ovary. The condition is called Polycystic ovarian syndrome in short PCOS.The actual cause of this condition is uncertain. Usually people with PCOS have excessive facial hair acne dark patches over neck and underarms weight gain heavy bleeding during periods and difficulty getting pregnant. But many patients are also asymptomatic. If you do not have any symptoms you do not need any treatment. If you have any troubling symptoms you can talk to your doctor who will also get some blood tests(hormone levels) done to confirm the diagnosis and treat you accordingly. I hope this was helpful. Take care.
