Welcome to HCM This is Dr Amit. Let me help you in this case G-Glutamyl Transferase (GGT) And SGPT both are marker for liver function. GGT is also raised in alcoholism. As you have not wriiten anything about your husband's personal habit i can't pinpoint the diagnosis. But from the blood and USG reports it is suggestive of Hepatomegaly (Enlargement of liver) with spleenomegaly (Enlargement of spleen) which can be due to compromised liver function because of chronic alcoholism or viral infection(HEPATITIS B) and increased level of Low Density Lipoprotien (LDL) which is also called as bad cholesterol as it is main culprit for myocardial infarction along with stone in kidney I will advice you to seek medical advice ASAP and start the treatment under the guidance of physician Regards
