fatty liver secondary to abnormal lipid levels in blood .
cholestrol is too high.
better to also rule out viral causes;
further blood tests needed:
1. HBsAg (if NOT vaccinated against HBV) 2. anti HCV 3. anti HAV
meanwhile:
- also test your blood sugar level
- LOOSE weight
- abstinence from alcohol
- FAT FREE diet
- NO red meat
- vegetables should be ingested daily
- Moreover, less activity should be carried out (no sports), REST more.
- use lemon juice (lemonade) once in a day

udiliv maybe taken (consult hepatologist/ treating physician)
- despite diet and losing weight; if cholestrol remains high ; you maybe need medication to lower it (
statin drug)
Repeat LIver function test and
lipid profile after 6 to 8 weeks.
