Hello and welcome to HCM,
The analysis of your semen is as follows:
1. Total volume per ejaculate is 3 ml, this is within normal limits
2. Morphology: 50% sperms have normal morphology, this is the cut off, a normal semen should have atleast 50% sperms with normal morphology
3. Motility: 60% of the sperms have rapid motility, this is normal since atleast 50% sperms should have rapid progressive forward motility.
4. Sperm count is 58 million per cubic millimeter, this is normal, a normal sample should have atleast 20 million sperms per ml.
5. The pus cells indicate infection, your sample is having 12-15 pus cells per high field, this suggests infection.

All other parameters are within normal limits. You are not sterile.
You need to get the infection treated and get the semen test repeated after treating the infection.

Thanks and take care
