Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have swollen Lymph nodes in my neck on Left side. a cat scan showed Nodules on my thyroid. Lab work showedmy lymph @4.0 high and gran@8.8 high. Had ultrasound today of thyroid and have 3 nodules on right side and 1 4cm on left side. what could this be?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have multi nodular goitre. Or you may hace some other thyroid lesion like papillary carcinoma. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology. It will give you exact diagnosis. And then you should take treatment accordingly.
