Hi I appreciate your concern for your beloved mother. After having gone through the results of kidney function tests given in your query I am of the opinion that she has protein (albumin) in the urine, her blood urea and serum creatinine are increased, and 24 hours collection of urine also shows high amount of protein. The findings are suggestive of kidney disease (renal failure) due to hypertension.
You are advised to take your mother for a nephrologist's consultation.
Hope this answers your query.
