What Does This Hysterosalpingogram Test Finding Indicate?

I have been trying to conceive from past one year. Recently I have done HSG. The report shows both fallopian tubes are well opacified. The fimbrial ends are mildly dilated. Free spill of contrast is seen bilaterally and Impression - Bilateral terminal hydrosalphinx. Since there is spillage in both tubes, can it be opened now due to HSG? The fimbrial ends are dilated, Can it be not possible to conceive

I understand your concern. The report is suggestive of infection of both the fallopian tubes causing hydrosalpinx(dilatation). There are many infections which can cause these type of findings.
And spillage of dye from tubes shows that they are patent now and pregnancy with this depends upon the management of the patient.
So, please visit your doctor for followup and further management.
