What Does This Hysterosalpingogram Report Indicate?

Hi, kindly help me interpreted my HSG result. * control radiograph is unremarkable. * contrast study shows a well opacified uterine cavity * No irregularity of potient filling defects except for the catheter ball in the cervix * both tubes are visualized with loculated intra peritoneal spill on the right , peritubular collection noted bilaterally , there is no spillage on the left. Impression Patient right fallopian tube ?Normal uterine cavity (correlated with ultra sound)

Hi, I think you have a blockage of the left tube and a limited spill on right side. I think you should go for a laparoscopy to confirm the finding of HSG. HSG can be incorrect also. So, you should confirm the diagnosis by laparoscopy and if any block is seen proximally, it can be corrected by cannulation of tubes.
