What Does This Holter Test Result Mean?

Yes. My 25-year old daughter s Holter results: Frequent isolated PVCs noted at rate of 68/hr. There were 13 ventricular couplets. There were 516 beats of ventricular bigeminy at a rate of 68/hr which mostly occurred in evening. No PACs noted. She was a 24week micro preemie at 700g. PDA ligation at ten days. Mitral valve prolapse diagnosed Age 14.

I really appreciate your concern, further cardiac evaluation is needed, to ruled out the pure form of cardiac disease, arrhythmia, may need ECHO, TEE, and others, second and most important is clinical condition in absence of any cardiac symptoms it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
