What Does This Heart MRI Report Indicate?

Unusual diastolic relaxation pattern of the RV Free Wall with trileaflet aortic valve, the moderator band to the apex there is early diastolic relaxation pattern in this area. I am experiencing problems with blood pressure but take 10mg of amlodipine daily and with any physical activity my heart rates jump to 115 bpm and more, has been 167 bpm resting. Was told I have sinus tachycardia, I have been waiting on doctor to tell me what the MRI results actually mean. So what does this all mean?

HI
Well come to HCM
If you do have hypertension so such finding of heart test would be likely and this need to be well correlate with the clinical condition if it does not indicate anything in specific then this is nothing to worry, because cardiac parameters are very complex one and it can not explain in brief or in simple way most of the time this is nothing to do anything with the clinical sign and symptoms, hope this information helps, stop worrying, have a nice day.
