Hello sir,my father is suffering from muscle wasting and weakness ,and when he check up his blood glucose level it found to be 330mg/dl .please tell me if he is suffering from diabetes then what is the treatment and necessary precautions taken by him

it looks like he has diabetis...bt u shld confirm it by getting random and fasting blood sugar levels...if possible go for HbA1c...it gives sugar level in the body of last 3 months...so it is more accurate..also he should start with diet modification, exercise, walking, yoga and he shld consult a diabetologist
