What Does This Follicular Study Result For Irregular Vaginal Spotting Indicate?

i m 29yrs old female,i m married,one year comleted,resently i missed period for 2 months but not pregnet.offter that next month i got period.16 days ofter this period i got spotting till next period&ofter period also.i met doctor.she given nuforce 3 kit.she told in follicular study minimal collection noted in endometrial cavity.what does it mean?and also told that my ovary sizes not incresing. what is meaning for that? we are trying for baby .i m able to get pregnent r not ?

I have gone through your query carefully & understood your concern.
THe meaning of the remarks of the USG reader ..
- inner line of uterus is not sufficiently grown ,
- the graffian follicles in the ovaries increase in size to expel mature ovum.. which is not being attained.
* Both of above remarks suggest a hormonal imbalance .. causing failure of ovulation & irregularity in your menses. The condition is PCOD.
* Please don't worry , it can be treated with medicines/ ideal lifestyle with balanced diet & exercises. some times laperoscopic surgery is needed to treat the condition. This is followed by normal menses & conception too.
** what is needed is.. to consult a gynecologist , get investigated & take the treatment advised religiously.
