endometrial thickness is 9mm
right ovary shows no follicles
left ovary shows 23mm domainant follicle
free fluid seen in cul de sac-ovulation
wat does dis mean?? does it mean i vl concieve dis month??

1.follicular study is done to monitor dominant follicle in each ovary, on 11-12th day of the cycle, for three days.
2.Once the follicle ruptures - free fluid seen in the pouch of Douglas medication for ovulation will be given.
3.At this time of days patient will be asked to have intercourse.
4.And ovulation is expected in that way, chances of getting pregnancy will be increased at this time.
5.Your study says you have reached that stage - study is normal.
