Hi welcome to the health care magic

You are having acid reflux because of lower Esophageal sphincter weakness...
Gastric mucosa protruded slightly towards esophagus Hence suggest towards Hiatus hernia like condition

You need to take rabeprazole 20 mg OD for two to four week

Avoid excess spicy foods and fatty meals

Fatty meal delay gastric emptying... So avoid excess fried foods

Head elevated while sleeping

You need an operative measure through endoscopy if no improvement

Regularly Consult gastroenterologist and at prescribed time endoscopy screening required

Take care

Hope this will help you
