What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Hi i am 19 yrs old. The findings of my chest xray said that i have fibrolinear, nodular and hazy densities in the right upper lobe and concluded that CHRONIC INFLAMMATORY PROCESS IN THE RIGHT UPPER LOBE. SUGGEST PTB. What does it mean? Thank you. Pls answer ..

CHRONIC INFLAMMATORY PROCESS IN THE RIGHT UPPER LOBE means that you most probably have an infection going on in your lung since a long time. such changes usually occur after tuberculosis infection of the lungs. you need to get blood tests done for tuberculosis and get it treated.
if u already had tubercolosis and have taken proper treatment for it, these changes may represent healed TB and fibrosis of lung.
