What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

hello,i have a question regarding my brother XRay result...it say,s here that his upper lung fibrotic recticular and nodular TB lesions noted.rest of the lung are clear.heart costophhrenic sulci and other osseous structures are intact....what does it means? thank you..

The report suggests that the patient has tuberculosis lesions in his right lung. Now this could be active lesions or old inactive lesions. Active lesions usually wouldn't have clear cut borders and vice versa. You haven't mentioned anything about his clinical condition or history.
Now regarding the rest of the lungs looks normal and costophrenic angles clear, it means he doesn't have any consolidation or effusion which is a good thing. Anyway your brother would probably need to go through sputum examination and see if the tests come positive before starting treatment.
