What Does This Chest X Ray Report Indicate?

Hi I am dinesh my son who is 4 months old his chest x-ray report result : Asymmetirc prominence of bronchovascular markings in left lung parenchyma. Both domes of diaphragm, CP angles and both hila appear normal. His heart is within normal limits of size and shape. please advise.... regards

Thanks for your question on HCM.
If your son is having chest symptoms like cough, fever etc than it can be due to infection.
But if your son is asymptotic than no need to worry about this. This can be normal thing.
But better to consult neonatologist first without giving any treatment. As neonates are very sensitive to drugs.
