What Does This Chest X-ray Report For Bruised Back Indicate?

I recently fell down some wooden stairs a week ago while on vacation! I had a lot of bruising on the middle of back to waist area! After a long drive home I iced and took some pain pills! I had a chest X-ray and the results was. Bilateral diffuse chronic appearing interstitial changes! What does that mean?? I already has some herniated disc issues!

Interstisial disease is parenchymal disease ofboth lungs at the onset exertional dysneo and cough can be caused by injury tolungs it is aserious disease must be consultated with chest specialist couriers
