What Does This Blood Test Result Mean?

hello doctor, thanks again for this website. i recently had a full blood text and on my results there are some areas with a flag on them for example ; neutrophils (%) 35 lymphocytes (%) 50 monocytes (%) 13 bosophils (%) 1.4 urea 2.3 glucose 6.8 alkaline phosphatase 133 LDL cholesterol 3.6 please help me explain for me this and be able to know if i need immediate medication

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have low neutrophil count. Your monocytes and lymphocytes are higher than normal. Most common cause of lymphocytosis and monocytosis is viral infection. You may have infectious mononucleosis. You may have some other infection like malaria. No need to big worry. No need to go in er. Just consult your local doctor and start treatment accordingly.
