What Does This Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hi, I am 31 years male old, just checked up my BP it said 150/100. Could it be White Coat Syndrome, cause few days week it was 140/90. Doctor prescribed me one telismartan 40 mg pill daily empty stomach and asked me to go for a thorogh checkup. The results are Glucose (Fasting)-100, Urea-18, Creatinine-1.2, Uric Acid-5.4, Cholesterol-165, Triglycerides-80, HDLC-47, LDL C-102, VLDL C-16. Any advise, how should I worry? Am on pre-diabetic stage. Also, whether I can do (non-weight) exercise like press-ups etc and will excercise help at all?

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your reports are normal. Lipid profile, creatinine ans uric acid is totally normal. Sugar is borderline. So Just take cate of your diet. No and medication for diabetes is required. Take treatment of your blood pressure according to your doctor's advice. Exercise will definitely help so try if you can.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
