What Does This Blood Test Report Indicate?

my age is 54 n my weight is 70kg n m 4.9 feet tall.m diabetic.m using insulin humilin 70/30 frm last 4 years.i went to a lab for sum tests which are cbc,urine,LFT and lipid profile.my alkaline phosphatase are 331 very high and tri.glycerides are 316.there are 30-35 pus cells in urine.kindly tell me what shud i do.m i at risk?m worreid about alkaline and tri glycerides.

1.Your triglycerides are high, which needs to be lowered with lipid lowering drugs
2. Make lifestyle modifications like regular exercise, destress yourself and importantly dietary modification.
3. Alkaline phosphatase is high, which needs to be evaluated with a ultrasound and medication history .
