Hello,
I see you want to know advises about your WBC differential and lipid count.
Lets explain each separately.

1) The components of the WBC differential (Polymorphs, Lymphocytes, Monocytes and Eosinophils) can give important information about your immune system. The variations from the normal range of white blood cells can help find an infection, an allergic or toxic reaction to medicines or chemicals, and many other conditions. In your case, everything that you have posted here, is within normal limits, so nothing to worry about.
2) Your lipids profile values (the total cholesterol, LDL, and HDL) are part of an equation, together with some life style factors, of predicting the risk for heart disease in the 10 next years.
LDL cholesterol is called the "bad" cholesterol, while the HDL is the good cholesterol. The lower LDL number, the lower the risk, and the opposite for the HDL cholesterol.
Normal cholesterol level is anything under 5 mmol/l.
Normal HDL cholesterol level is anything above 1,1 mmol/l.
Normal LDL cholesterol level is anything below 3 mmol/l.

Your values of the cholesterol that increases the risk for heart disease is higher then normal. Usually the reasons for increased concentration of cholesterol in the blood are too high dietary intake, various diseases (eg diabetes, thyroid disease) or certain medicines.

When my patients discover high levels of the lipids (and they have no other chronic problems) , I usually recommend eating healthy food, and regular physical activity for 3 months. If the levels persist high, and if the person has other problems like diabetics, hypertension of thyroid problems, then medicines are recommended.

Hope this helps,
Take care.
