Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Increased lymphocyte count may be due to many causes like viral illness. It is important to know the clinical details of the patient.
There are many possible causes of an elevated ESR. ESR is a non specific marker.
A specific cause cannot be determined based on ESR alone.Generally it is followed up with other tests to diagnose medical condition.
High ESR also indicates that person is having some infection in the body.
ESR will come down with control of infection.
Hope I have answered your question.

Take Care
