General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.

Based on the results of the lab tests you seem to be suffering from diabetes with hyperlipidemia (increased triglycerides and cholesterol) along with hypertension, hypothyroidism and ?benign prostatic enlargement.

Had I been your treating physician I would have advised

1. Routine lab tests such as CBC, kidney function tests, & liver function tests.

2. Tab Metformin once daily for 3-4 weeks
3. To repeat the blood glucose after 3-4 weeks.
4. Tab Atorvastatin with Fenofibrate to reduce your high lipid levels.
5. Certain lifestyle changes such as:

Eat healthy foods. Choose foods lower in fat and calories and higher in fiber. Focus on fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
Regular exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes of moderate physical activity a day. Take a brisk daily walk. If you're overweight, try for weight loss.

Hope the advice given above would be useful.
