What Does This Below Ultrasound Indicate?

I'm 34 years old. I'm 6wks and 2 days pregnant. I had an Ultrasoubd 2 days ago and the report read : The uterus is midline and anteverted. It measures 10.2 x 4.7x 6.5cm. The endometriumhas a normal thickness of 0.9 cm. No gestational sac has been appreciated within the uterus. The right ovary has a volume of 5.4ml, while the left ovary has a volume of 3.9ml. Both ovaries appear within normal limits".
* I've been bleeding heavily for the past 5 days now..My Docotr's done another blood test yesterday to confirm if my beta hcg levels have increased ... is there any chance that the gestational Sac is hiding behind somewhere in the uterus or could it be that I've already MC this baby.

1.Your symptoms or heavily bleeding for 5 days and absence of gestational sac in the uterine cavity suggest missed abortion. Very sorry for that.
2.Uterus appears gravid status ( post pregnancy status ) the measurement suggests ( as its bulky) Endometrial thickness also with in normal limits.
3.Both ovaries are normal in size in limit.
4.The BHCG can be positive for 6 - 8 weeks after abortion so don't go on that report. Even if you do the urine pregnancy test it will be positive.
5.No there is no chance to be hidden in the uterus, the scan will be performed through and through the uterus no point of missing in uterus.
6.If any excessive pain - then you can think in terms of ectopic - but your uterus status says there was pregnancy and lost. Hope for the best. Good luck.
