What Does This Abdominal Ultrasound Report Indicate?

USG Abdomen shows Gall Bladder Calculi & Hepatomegaly with Fatty Infiltration, CXR- cardiomegaly, ? soft tissue shadow, raised WBC count, GGT & S Uric Acid. Lipid profile is abnormal with very high S Triglycerides, high S Cholesterol & low HDL..... Please explain

Thanks for your question.
lots of positive finding in your investigation, but dont worry.
1.You have gall bladder stone (it can cause intermittent pain in upper abdomen and back )
2.Hepatomegaly due to fat deposition(not to worry much about this)
3.Cardionegaly (heart become large, should exclude cardiac disease because heart is large than normal, and you have high fat content in your blood)
4.Lipid profile shows high fat in your blood, you should control fatty food and to take lipid lowering medication.

So, consult with an medicine specialist first , for proper evaluation and to determine level of problem.
