What Does This X-ray Report Specify?

I have results from a physical that says there is a small vague modular density in the upper lobe overlying the left anterior first rib. The Lungs are free from infiltrate. The mediastinal and hilar contours are unremarkable. What does that possibly mean? I know you are unable to diagnose without seeing X-ray but give me a general idea please. :-)
