What Does This X-ray Report Of Osseous Structure Signify?

OSSEOUS STRUCTURE: There is diffuse osseous abnormality with coarsened trabecular pattern and possibly sclerotic appearance to the cortex. Pars defect identified at the lumbosacral juncture with grade 1 retrolisthesis of S1 relative to L5.....please explain in laymen terms. Thank you.

*Bone is showing hardening (sclerosis)
*Pars defect means a separation of the upper, front portion of the vertebra from its lower, back portion.
*Grade 1 retrolisthesis means a backward displacement of one vertebral body with respect to the adjacent vertebrae.
