What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

What is the meaning of this Xray result, Fibrohazed densities and rounded lucencies are seen in the upper lung fields. Normal hilar vessels and mediastinum Heart is not enlarge Thoracic cage,diaphragm and costophrenic sulci are unremarkable.. Thank you for the response..

Based on facts of your querry, you seems to suffer from-
Apico-posterior PTB with fibrotic Cavity- suggested from rounded lucencies.
The term Fibrohazed densities with rounded lucencies-are suggestive of pulmonary tuberculosis with fibrosis from chronic apical tubercular lesion,with rounded lucencies suggestive of cavities in apical lobes from lung destruction from tubercular old lesions.This suggests dormant TB bacilli in sputum of yourself.

Hope this would help you to resolve your worries and plan further treatment with your doctors there.
