What Does This X-ray Report Indicate?

Am Mr Surefas.. I have been having chest pain for months now, so I decided to run an xray to know the my problem. And the Xray result reads as follows: There is aortic unfolding CTR normal Lung field are clear Conclusion: hypertension Pls kindly explain this result to me.

Your xray report suggests that your lungs are clear and because of hypertension there is aortic unfolding. I advise you to get echocardiograh,ecg to rule out any underlying cardiac pathology.
