Welcome to health care magic.

1.Atheromatous aorta is seen as a age related changes, possibly presence of hypertension - no acute treatment required in this case.
2.PTB - pulmonary tuberculosis - needs immediate treatment.
3.Tuberculosis can be one of the cause of lung cancer, but not every case of PTB cause lung cancer.
4.There are several chewing gum with nicotine flavour, nicotine patches are helpful.
5.However self control is better medication in this case, and family members give maximum pressure about future possibilities. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query,
any thing to ask do not hesitate to ask.
