What Does This MRI Report Of Lumbar Spine Signify?

I recently had a lumbar spine MRI . One of the test showed a subcentimeter T2 bright lesion in the interpolar region of the right kidney that is to small to characterized ,but may represent a small cyst. What dose this mean is this something I should be concerned about and seek medical advise?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, unless it is something manifest clinically then and then it need to be taken for treatment more over the lesion not being known then it is out of the question for thinking about the treatment hope this information helps.
