What Does This MRI Report Of Brain Mean?

I have had facial, hands, feet and lower leg numbness. I also have very sharp pains in my head with extreme exhaustion afterwards. My neurologist ordered mri of the brain, the report states minimal chronic microvascular ischemic change. My question is does this mean something like mini strokes are happening. I have memory loss as well as tiredness theat has been happening over the last couple of years.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
You feel pain in head, numbness in face, leg, hand and feet. Your MRI had shown minimal chronic ischemic changes in brain Miner changes can occur by advansing age.You have no history of BP and Diabetes. Your memory loss and tiredness as i can understand all is pschological. You are under stress. If i have to trear such a patient i will advice tab clonazepam to begin with ,25mg twice a day and tab escitalopram to begin with 5 mg twice a day.You must have walk and good excercise, nutritious diet.I will suggest a game.
