What Does This MRI Report Of Back Indicate?

Iwas in a car accident i am having bad pain in my neck shoulder and upper part of my back mri showed straightening of the cervical lardoisis mold anterior spurring osteophysetes within the c5& c6 vertebral

at c3 -v4 there is a diffuse disc vateophyte complex with mild canal and mild bilateral neuronforaminal narrowing

could you explain

Loss of cervical lordosis....
Is straightening of neck vertebrae.. usually due to postural changes..
and line of managment is physiotherapy and neck exercises.. wth some analgesics and muscle relaxants...
