Welcome to Health care magic.

1.The findings suggest there is contusions in the MRI of bone marrow.
2.The hyper-intense signal in the bone marrow On T2W and stir means there is fluid in the marrow.
3.This findings are seen after any injury - the features of oedema / internal collection due to inflammation / infection after infection.
4.So the femoral condyle injury is suggested - recommended x-ray to rule out any fractures.
5.Further treatment will be conservative in this case, minimising weight bearing for early healing. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
