What Does This Kidney Ultrasound Scan Result Indicate?

Both kidneys are sall in size, normal in shape and echotexture. Cortical echogenicity is markedly increased. Cortico-medullary differentiation is lost. The Pelvicalyceal system is not dilated. No calculus seen.Kindly guide and if posible prescribe medicines Thanks

Ultrasound gives us an idea about shape and size of a structure. The problem is small kidneys. But the radiologist haven't mentioned the exact size. The diagnosis can only be made by having a look at the symptoms and other results like renal function test and urine routine examination. Same is for medication.
