What Does This HCG Level Of 61 Indicate?

Hi I started my period on the 17th of may and it ended on the 23 of may. I went to the hospital on Tuesday 23 of june and my hcg levels are 61 they have repeated them today the Thursday 25 of June is that normal for how far I am and can u tell me exactly how far gone I am as I don t no wether to count from the day I stated my period or from the day it finished please help me. My first child is now 6years old and then I suffered 2misscariges one in 2012 at 17+4days and the other 3 months ago at 6weeks this is my 4pregnancy.

I understand your concern.
The HCG level 61 36th day of last menses seems to be lesser than normal.The conception would be about 21 days & normal range of HCG would be 2000 to 6000.
- If you had taken Injection of HCG for conception, this may be due to injection & not pregnancy.
- You need a consultation of your doctor to assess pregnancy out come. It may be late conception( when periods are irregular ).. or the reading indicates non growing fetus.
- progesteron supplements at an earlier stage will prevent it next time.
