Hi, I did review your condition and concern
Your echo changes are suggestive of chronic ishemia or chronic pressure overload in face of long standing hypertension. Your medications are adequately planned but these medications wont improve your heart function dramatically. what they will help is prevent further aggravation of your heart condition. Please keep a healthy diet rich in PUFA oils, no saturated or trans fat, high fiber diet and complex carbohydrates in form of fruits and vegetables.
I hope this helps
Wish you a healthy life ahead.
