What Does This ECG Test Result Taken Due To Hand Pain Show?

I am a 32 yr old female. Today I had taken ECG test because I am suffering with mild left hand pain. In Report it shows the following details. HR = 75 bpm P Dur : 97 ms PR int : 141 ms QRS Dur : 88ms QT/QTC int :392/440ms P/QRS/T Axis : 55/60/-30 RV5/SV1 amp :1.674/0.878 mV RV5+SV1 amp:2.552 mV RV6/SV2 amp : 1.513/1.498 mV Minnesota Code : 1-3-1(I) 4-5-0(II,V6) 5-5-0(V4) 5-4-0(II,V5,v6) Diagnosis Information : 800: Sinus Rhythm 633:ST-T Abnormality (II,V6) Please let me know my health condition.

your ECG findings are suggestive of myocardial ischemia.you may need coronary angiogram..drugs like anti platelets will be helpful.thankyou
