What Does This ECG Report Indicate?

I had an ECG today and the results were minor inferior repolarization disturbance secondary to infarct flat or low negative T in aVF with negative T in lll. What does that mean

Basically the interpretation stated above seems to be copied from EKG Report, while its non specific. Most of mechanical interpretation are not always correct in full.
I would recommend you not to worry for such non specific changes in EKG. But if you have history of chest pain, or easy fatigibility, i would recommend you to consult your primary physician, for further evaluation.
