Dr. Hanif warmly welcomes you!

Thanks for consulting at my virtual clinic. I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I want to assure, I will take care all of your medical concerns.

If I don't complicate the discussion, and go simple, it means that you have blockage somewhere in cardiac vessels that supply blood to the heart muscles itself. It is a result of exercise tolerance test and you were not able to comply with the test after some time and exertion.

Next, I recommend you to go for cardiac angiography to see which vessel of the heart is affected and blocked partially or fully. And if needed, you may go for angioplasty there and then right after angiography.

The chest pain you felt during the test was due to the lack of blood supply to the muscles of the heart and that caused ischemic pain. You may also have felt shortness of breath during the test.

Consult you cardiologist as soon as possible for treatment.

Hope I answered all of your questions. In future, if you need further, detailed and quick assistance on any health issue, feel free to click on 'Ask me a question' directly from my profile. Have a wonderful time ahead.

Regards!
