What Does This CT Scan Test Report Indicate?

Hi,how are you doing today,well my problem is that my father admitted in a hospital for one week,he has got fever two times a day from 100-103f (morning and evening time), doctor have done several blood test but all was negative but CT SCAN report says i am gonna share the conclusion written on that report, CONCLUSION: above described findings raise differentials of either granulomas could be due to sarcoidosis/tiberculosis.other possibility is that of hemangiomas.clinical correlation is advised please help me out doctor.

You may need contrast MRI and spectroscopy.
It will help in better evaluation of lesions.
Treatment depend upon clinical findings and MRI reports.
